Quest Forward Academy (www.questforward.academy) is a new kind of high school centrally located in Santa Rosa, California. Taking a student-centric, project-based approach to learning, we seek to instill in our students the mindset, habits, and skills that will prepare them for success in future learning, in career, and in life itself. 

We are seeking teachers who see themselves as mentors, dedicated to student personal growth, and wishing to serve as joyful facilitators of student-driven inquiry. We are seeking a mathematics teacher for students in grades 9-12. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Teaching experience in grades 9-12
  • Willingness to experiment and try new methods and approaches
  • Comfort with innovative classroom environments
  • Experience with project-based and problem-based learning
  • Facility and comfort with technology

Candidates with experience or training in more than one subject and an ability to teach in multiple subjects are highly desirable. Ability to speak Spanish is also desirable.
